I’m a paraprosdokian, one who shifts meaning with puns, misdirection, and witty juxtaposition for humorous effect, perhaps a spill over from my creations. I bring together traditional sewing techniques with cutting-edge technology; 3D printing, laser cutting, digital fabrication, etc, to create unique works of art that comment on contemporary social and political issues.  My pieces are not just visually,  emotionally, and technically engaging, but they are also infused with a strong sense of wit and satire that engages viewers and encourages them to think critically about the world around them.
